It is designed for Apple users who own an elite grand series, phenom series, or pickle champion machine and want to control it directly from their own device instead of a separate remote.

The Lobster 20-Function Wi-Fi Remote Control (Apple) combines a factory-installed Wi-Fi receiver with the free Lobster grand remote control app, available on the App Store. Together they let you use your Apple Watch, iPhone, iPod, or iPad as the remote controller for complete operation of your machine.

Apple users benefit from not needing an additional remote control device to keep track of, while Apple Watch owners can control the machine right from their wrist. This convenience makes it easy to start, stop, and adjust your session without a dedicated handheld remote.

If the receiver was not installed at the time you purchased your machine, you can upgrade later by either sending the machine to Lobster for installation or purchasing the part online and self-installing with the help of the Lobster video tutorial and set-up guide.

This accessory is offered in a single configuration (SKU EL22) and is compatible with elite grand series machines, phenom machines, and the pickle champion by Lobster only.

We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

Lobster Sports 2-Year Warranty — every machine is assembled and quality-checked at the Lobster Sports manufacturing facility in California. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought from an authorized reseller (JoySportStore is one) and identified with a Lobster logo. Products bought from non-authorized resellers are not covered.

Warranty service: the manufacturer's warranty covers parts, labor and one-way shipping for US domestic customers — Lobster pays outbound shipping on warranty repairs and warranty parts, the customer covers inbound shipping to the factory. Warranty is activated by emailing the warranty card to Lobster Sports.

Optional extended warranty can be purchased within 60 days of purchase: +1 year $110 (Elite, Grand, Pickle) / $199 (Phenom), +2 years $165 / $299, +3 years $249 / $399.

Non-warranty repair is available for machines up to 10 years old; labor $95/hour (1-hour minimum), shipping both ways at customer's cost. There is no warranty on tennis balls and all ball sales are final.
