The Lobster Elite Grand Five LE combines functionality, performance, and ease of use in one trusted machine. With 18 different shot locations accessible from the remote, you can design your own custom drills and save them for future sessions. The machine also includes 12 pre-loaded drills covering everything from beginner to advanced play, ready to use right out of the box.

Create match-realistic conditions by fully randomizing combinations of speed, spin, placement, and feed rate. Ball speeds range from 35-80 mph with adjustable feed rates from 2-9 seconds, and the electronic elevation control allows you to set angles from 0-60 degrees. With a 150-ball capacity, you'll have extended practice sessions without frequent reloading.

Choose your power configuration: internal battery or external battery options, both offering 4-8 hours of court time per charge. Control the machine with either the Grand 20-function remote or the Grand 20-function Wi-Fi remote for Apple devices. Wi-Fi models unlock the Goatly app for additional training flexibility. All configurations include a standard charger and remote, with an optional premium charger available.

We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty

Lobster Sports 2-Year Warranty — every machine is assembled and quality-checked at the Lobster Sports manufacturing facility in California. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought from an authorized reseller (JoySportStore is one) and identified with a Lobster logo. Products bought from non-authorized resellers are not covered.

Warranty service: the manufacturer's warranty covers parts, labor and one-way shipping for US domestic customers — Lobster pays outbound shipping on warranty repairs and warranty parts, the customer covers inbound shipping to the factory. Warranty is activated by emailing the warranty card to Lobster Sports.

Optional extended warranty can be purchased within 60 days of purchase: +1 year $110 (Elite, Grand, Pickle) / $199 (Phenom), +2 years $165 / $299, +3 years $249 / $399.

Non-warranty repair is available for machines up to 10 years old; labor $95/hour (1-hour minimum), shipping both ways at customer's cost. There is no warranty on tennis balls and all ball sales are final.
