The Elite Alpha sits at the top of BBO's LED range: a ten-seat oval with the lighting built in, a 7 in. armrest with stainless cup holders, and a playing surface you can lift out and change. Configure it above — every option is fitted at the factory and ships with the table.

Built to order and shipped by freight
Every table is built after you order it — production starts from about a week — and leaves the factory on a custom pallet with professional packing. BBO run their own freight track-and-trace system, Copperwire TNT, specifically to document transit damage. On a crated item this size that matters: any damage has to be written on the bill of lading at delivery, otherwise a concealed-damage claim cannot be pursued afterwards. Inspect the pallet before you sign.

Every option you choose is fitted at the factory and ships with the table, and each one appears on your order so the exact build goes to production.
Warranty and returns
The frame carries a limited lifetime structural warranty — structure, materials, fasteners, pedestals and feet. Electronics and LED lighting are covered for two years, as are chairs, ottomans and benches. Consumables are excluded: surface finish, printed layouts, armrest material and foam. The warranty is not transferable and is voided by refinishing, modifying the LED system, incorrect assembly or misuse.
Returns run 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Cancelling is free within 24 business hours of ordering, 15% after that, and 30% once production has started. Custom work — a custom armrest or a printed layout — cannot be returned.
