All Ball Pro® - Pair of 10" Wheels with Bolts

All Ball Pro rebounders are built and warrantied by the manufacturer in St. Louis, Missouri. Standard factory coverage on a new rebounder is 1 year on the steel and 90 days on the net frame assembly, running from the date of purchase for the original owner.

What the manufacturer covers

• Structural defects in the frame due to materials or workmanship
• Netting tearing under normal use
• Defective hardware fasteners (bolts, hinges, etc.)

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips)
• Misuse, abuse or improper installation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Environmental damage (saltwater corrosion, extreme weather, etc.)

Other All Ball Pro items — the fitted Unit Cover carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Passback training footballs are covered by no-fuss product replacement: the manufacturer replaces any football with a manufacturing defect.

How a claim works: proof of purchase is required and the unit must have been bought from an authorized reseller — which JoySportStore is. Submit the claim within 30 days of noticing the defect; the manufacturer decides whether the part is repaired or replaced, and a replacement may be new or refurbished. Shipping costs on warranty parts are the customer's responsibility. Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original owner of the original unit.

An extended All Ball Pro Plus Protection Plan (1, 3 or 5 additional years, per rebounder model) is offered by the manufacturer and must be purchased within 30 days of the product purchase — ask us and we will put you in touch. As an authorized All Ball Pro dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims with the factory on your behalf.
