Constructed for lasting performance, the frame utilizes 4-inch square heavy-duty steel poles, finished with a black powder coat for maximum weather resistance against the elements. The durable netting, fabricated from black 3.5 mm knotless polypropylene (Pylon) with a 1-3/4-inch square mesh and reinforced rope border, boasts a 325 lb. break strength. This high-tenacity pylon is extruded through its fibers, providing permanent resistance to UV rays, mold, and mildew, guaranteeing exceptional longevity. Poles are 13 feet long, installing securely into 3-foot deep ground sleeves, with netting suspended by a strong 1/4-inch galvanized steel cable. Choose between a 55-foot system with two poles or the larger 70-foot/75-foot systems featuring three poles. Each complete system includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation, from cable and turnbuckles to c-snaps, collars, and ground sleeves.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
