The curtains are available in two robust material options: an 18 oz. FR vinyl, a heavy-duty vinyl-coated polyester that is UV-treated, fade-resistant, and CPSIA (H.R. 404) compliant for child safety. Alternatively, select our 14 oz. FR laminated vinyl-coated polyester, featuring a leather-grain emboss finish and BACshield treatment for anti-mildew, anti-fungal, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties, alongside UV treatment and comprehensive FR test compliance including ASTM E84 (Class A), NFPA-701 & CSFM. Both options are offered in a wide array of colors to complement any facility aesthetic. Installation is seamless with the Besteel 170 Series walk-draw track systems, constructed from 14 gauge galvanized steel, available for both suspended and direct mount applications.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at info@joysportstore.com  if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 60-Day  Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at info@joysportstore.com  and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
