For panels taller than 6 ft or in high-wind areas, optional center reinforcement tabs, sewn with 18 oz black vinyl and grommets every 18 inches, provide anti-billowing support while remaining discreetly on the backside. Further protect your investment and fence with optional air vents – choose between rectangular 8x10 inch AVR vents or half-moon 8x5 inch AV vents, both designed to relieve wind strain.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
