The Gared 4086-70 is a permanently installed outdoor batting cage frame built from 3-1/2" O.D. steel and carried on 10 posts set in concrete, enclosing a practice area of 12' W x 10' H x 70' L. It ships as a galvanized frame system in silver; netting is ordered separately - net Model 4087 for multi-sport use, or net Model 4089 for batting and pitching practice.

The Gared 4086-70 outdoor batting cage gives schools, parks and training facilities a full-length hitting tunnel that stays up all season. The frame is built from 3-1/2" O.D. steel tubing carried on 10 posts set in concrete, so it is intended as a permanent outdoor structure rather than a portable screen.

The enclosure spans 12' W x 10' H x 70' L, leaving room for a full pitching lane along with a hitter and a protective screen. The steel is galvanized and finished in silver for continuous outdoor exposure.

The cage design is deliberately versatile. Fit net Model 4087 to convert the structure into a multi-sport cage, or net Model 4089 when the cage is dedicated to batting and pitching practice. Nets are ordered separately from the frame.

Warranty

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
