An internal spring-assisted piston allows the telescoping uprights to glide smoothly, and clear height markings ensure you hit the exact measurement you need. Just slide the post to the desired height and lock it in place with the secure knob. This complete package also includes a competition-grade Kevlar net, antennae, post padding in your choice of color, and all necessary hardware. What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at info@joysportstore.com  and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
