The precision wormgear crank tensioner allows for exact net height and tension adjustments, and its design prevents it from slipping or back-driving during intense play. Paired with bottom rope and side tape tensioners, you can achieve a perfectly squared net every time. Height adjustments are just as simple, thanks to the internal spring-loaded pistons that make switching between men's, women's, and junior's heights a quick, one-person job. This complete package includes all three uprights, post padding, two competition nets, antennas, and the necessary floor sockets for a new installation.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Can I change my order?
