Setting up for the game is straightforward. The entire unit can be rolled into position by a single person, and the posts are removable for easy transport through standard doorways. Once in place, three protective footpads are lowered with a common socket wrench, lifting the casters off the floor and locking the base down. The high-performance wormgear net tensioning crank allows for precise, powerful net tensioning, while the integrated height indicator ensures you meet official specifications every time. What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Can I change my order?
