The Bownet Bodyguard Protection Net is a narrow protection screen built for coaches and pitchers who need front toss or batting practice protection without sacrificing natural pitching form. At 3 ft. 6 in. wide and 7 ft. tall, it is narrower than wider screens like the iScreen, allowing pitchers to throw with their regular mechanics while still being fully shielded from line drives.

Construction relies on Bownet's composite BOW poles and a powder coated steel frame paired with Energy Absorption System netting, which is designed to absorb impacts and keep the unit stable on indoor or outdoor surfaces. The screen weighs 16 lbs. and assembles in about 90 seconds, making it easy for a single person to move around a diamond, gym, or backyard.

The Bodyguard ships with a carry bag sized 48 in. x 12 in. for storage and transport, with a shipping box weight of 18 lbs. and box dimensions of 47 in. x 10 in. x 6 in. It is intended for slowpitch softball batting practice and front toss, as well as Little League or high school baseball use.

Warranty

1 year limited manufacturer's warranty

Bownet Sports warrants brand-new products purchased from Bownet or an authorized dealer within the USA against manufacturing defects, with replacement shipping to the United States only. Coverage runs as follows:

1 year – Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on nets, frames and training products; covers manufacturing defects only.
1 year – Commander Series bags (manufacturing defects on Commander bags only).
6 months – carrying bags and roller bags.
+1 year Extended Warranty – optional, must be purchased together with the product; available for sports nets and goals only, and does not cover frame damage caused by abuse or improper use.

Bownet supplies replacement parts for all manufacturing defects; if a part is no longer available, a like product of the same SKU as on the original receipt is provided. Damaged or missing parts should be replaced promptly to keep the product covered.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, abuse, accident damage or damage from dragging the product; equipment left set up unattended, overnight or for extended periods in inclement weather; nets used for a sport other than the one they were designed for; and commercial use — Bownet nets are engineered to be portable, not for commercial installations. Discontinued Shadow bags are excluded. As an authorized Bownet dealer, JoySportStore helps you file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
