Setting up is straightforward, requiring just one person, and the goal height adjusts effortlessly from 7 ft. 6 in. to 10 ft. without the need for any tools, accommodating various age groups and skill levels. Mobility is key; the system is equipped with non-marking, precision bearing casters that include a locking mechanism for secure positioning, and it conveniently folds down to fit through standard 48-inch doorways for storage. Portable system vinyl padding is included for added safety. Please note that ballast is not included and must be installed according to instructions to prevent serious injury. Some assembly is required, and backboard edge padding (EP-48) and a rear anchor kit are sold separately. The system is backed by a 3-year limited warranty, with the net and padding covered for 1 year.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse.
