The Douglas In-Line Basketball Adjustable Net System is a 4" SQ extruded structural aluminum net pole designed to integrate with an existing basketball pole, allowing height adjustment from pickleball (3') to official volleyball (8') height. It includes a steel net tensioning reel with removable handle and all adjustable hardware; the Unicourt net, ground sleeves, and basketball system are sold separately.

The Douglas In-Line Basketball Adjustable Net System offers a space-saving solution for converting a single-sport basketball court into a multi-sport facility. The pole is constructed of 4" square extruded structural aluminum with a black baked-on polyester powder coat finish, providing bend resistance and 100% rustproof performance for indoor and outdoor use.

The post stands 10'6" high and features a continuous structured channel that allows easy net height adjustment from 3' pickleball height up to 8' official volleyball height, without external pressure points that could damage the finish. The included hardware consists of a heavy-duty steel net tensioning reel with a removable, contoured-grip handle, plus (1) pulley, (6) eye hooks, and bungee clips for a complete setup.

This net system is designed to work with all Douglas D-Pro MAX Adjustable and F-5 Fixed Basketball Systems, as well as most other brands. The 34" Unicourt net, basketball systems, and ground sleeves (24" steel, for semi-permanent installation) are sold separately; additional net hooks are needed to adjust to tennis and badminton heights.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use. As an authorized Douglas dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

No, the adjustable Unicourt net is sold separately. It is 34" in height and available in 4 standard lengths or a custom size, with the net length recommended to be 4' shorter than the post spacing.

Does this system work with any basketball pole?

It is designed to work with all Douglas D-Pro MAX Adjustable and F-5 Fixed Basketball Systems, and will also work with most other brands, though the basketball system itself is sold separately.

How is the pole installed?

The pole can be installed via direct burial or with optional 24" long steel ground sleeves for semi-permanent installation, which allow for easy removal and reinstallation for seasonal or temporary setups.
