The Jaypro BLDP-4TRG is a 4 row, 15 ft. aluminum Tip n' Roll bleacher in the Preferred configuration with double foot planks. Ten 9 1/2" aluminum stadium planks sit on three 4-row leg frames, and six caster wheels let two people tip the unit up and roll it away after the game. It suits schools, parks and clubs that need larger portable seating for practice fields, sidelines and auxiliary venues.

This is the Preferred build of Jaypro's 4 row, 15 ft. Tip n' Roll bleacher. Where the standard model uses single foot planks centered on the support frame, the Preferred model is fitted with double foot planks, so it carries ten aluminum stadium planks in total instead of seven. Planks are 9 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 15' and are finished with seat plank end caps at both ends.

The undercarriage is built from three aluminum 4 row leg frames braced with four flat X-bars. Five rubber bumpers go on the bottom of each leg and two caster wheels mount to the backside of each frame, giving six casters in total. After the frame is squared and plumbed and the planks are bolted down with bolt clips and carriage bolts, two people stand the bleacher up on its casters and adjust wheel height so every wheel contacts the floor evenly.

All hardware ships in a single kit box and assembly needs only common hand tools: 9/16" and 3/4" wrenches, a rubber mallet and a Phillips screwdriver. Jaypro asks that the bleacher be checked before each use for proper connecting hardware and structural integrity, with damaged or missing hardware replaced immediately.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

How does this differ from the standard 4 row bleacher?

The standard models (BLCH-4AL and BLCH-4TRG) have a single foot plank centered on the support frame. This Preferred Tip n' Roll model (BLDP-4TRG) has double foot planks and therefore ships with ten stadium planks rather than seven.

How many casters does it have and how is it moved?

Six caster wheels - two on the backside of each of the three leg frames. Two people tip the bleacher up onto the casters to roll it, then adjust and tighten the wheel height so all wheels contact the floor equally.

What tools are required for assembly?

A 9/16" socket and box wrench, a 3/4" socket and box wrench, a rubber mallet and a Phillips head screwdriver. Unpack and check all parts against the parts list, and report any shipping damage to the trucking company.
