The Jaypro BLDP-275TRG is a 2 row, 7-1/2 ft. aluminum Tip n' Roll bleacher in the Preferred configuration with double foot planks. It seats spectators on 9-1/2" wide stadium planks carried on two aluminum leg frames, and tips up onto four caster wheels so two people can roll it off the field or into storage. It is a fit for schools, parks and clubs that need portable seating for practice fields, sidelines and auxiliary courts.

This bleacher is the Preferred version of Jaypro's 2 row, 7-1/2 ft. Tip n' Roll bleacher: instead of the single centered foot plank used on the standard model, it is built with double foot planks, so spectators on the upper row have a full-width surface underfoot. Seat and foot planks are 9-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 7-1/2' aluminum stadium planks fitted with end caps.

The undercarriage is made up of two aluminum 2-row leg frames tied together with flat X-bar cross bracing, with rubber bumpers on the bottom of each leg. Four caster wheels mount on the backside of the leg frames; once assembled, two people stand the bleacher up on the casters and adjust the wheel height so all wheels contact the floor evenly, which is what makes the unit a genuine tip-and-roll design.

Assembly is straightforward with common hand tools - 9/16" and 3/4" wrenches, a rubber mallet and a Phillips screwdriver - and all fasteners ship in a single hardware kit box. Jaypro asks that the equipment be checked before each use for proper connecting hardware and structural integrity, with damaged or missing hardware replaced immediately.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the standard and this Preferred bleacher?

The standard 7-1/2 ft. model (BLCH-275TRG) uses a single foot plank centered on the support frame. This Preferred model (BLDP-275TRG) uses double foot planks, so it ships with four stadium planks instead of three.

How is the bleacher moved?

It is a Tip n' Roll design. After assembly, two people stand the bleacher up onto its four caster wheels and roll it. The wheel height is adjustable so all casters make equal contact with the floor before the caster nuts are tightened.

What tools are needed to assemble it?

A 9/16" socket and box wrench, a 3/4" socket and box wrench, a rubber mallet and a Phillips head screwdriver. All parts should be unpacked and checked against the parts list before assembly begins.
