Should any covered issue arise, Bownet is committed to supplying necessary parts at no charge, with only a small shipping fee applied. In the rare event that specific parts are unavailable, we will provide a like product to keep your training uninterrupted. As an added benefit, this extended warranty allows for the purchase of one (1) bag within the first twelve (12) month period at half off, helping you maintain your gear efficiently. Please note, this extended warranty is exclusively available for Bownet Nets and Goals, and it does not cover damage to frames resulting from abuse or improper use.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at info@joysportstore.com  if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 60-Day  Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. 

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at info@joysportstore.com  and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
