The Douglas® 4″ SQ Aluminum Adjustable Net System turns one court into a multi-sport court. It is a recreational-quality post set for backyard courts or any facility with limited space that wants a multi-use court, such as apartment complexes, churches, homeowners’ associations, or hotels.

The posts are made in the USA from 4″ square extruded structural aluminum — 100% rustproof, with excellent bend resistance — and, together with the steel hardware, carry a black baked-on polyester powder coat. Each square pole has a continuous structured channel with no external pressure points to damage the finish. You move the pulley and eye bolt brackets within that channel to set the net anywhere from ground level to 8′: 3′ for pickleball, 3′6″ for tennis, 5′2″ for badminton, and 8′ for volleyball (7′4″ women’s height). Poles are 10′6″ long and go 2′ into the ground, leaving 8′6″ above ground. The complete system weighs 150 lbs, half the weight of a comparable steel system.

The net tensioning reel case and gears are heavy-duty steel, and the contoured handle is removable to prevent unwanted tampering. The 34″ high Unicourt™ net is made in the USA from 1-3/4″ square mesh in 3 mm heavy-gauge solid-core polyethylene, with a lock-sewn 2-ply vinyl-coated polyester headband, supporting side dowels, and (4) bungee cords for hook-on installation. The system ships with 24″ long ground sleeves for semi-permanent installation that can be removed and reinstalled for seasonal or temporary setups.

5-Year limited warranty

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.

Do I have to remove the net to adjust the height?

Yes. Unwind the top net cable to loosen it, unhook the (4) bungee cords, and reinstall the net at the new height. Additional eye bolt brackets can be purchased to pre-set multiple net heights.
