Safety and stability are central to the FanStand design. The highest seat level is positioned below 30 inches from the ground, adhering to 2002 IBC recommendations for bleachers and often eliminating the need for additional safety railing (always check local codes). Treated 2" x 4" wood runners are bolted to the base frames, enhancing stability on various ground surfaces. With a single footplank design, this bleacher provides adequate footing for spectators, combining functionality with a straightforward, reliable structure built to last through seasons of use.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
