The Frontier Express system is built around heavy-duty, .25” wall steel posts that provide the stability needed for a taut, tournament-ready net. While steel is the standard for performance, its weight can often make setup a chore. We designed the Frontier system to solve that problem completely. Each upright features an integrated transport wheel at its base, transforming a difficult task into a simple one. Instead of carrying heavy posts, you can effortlessly roll them across the court and into position, saving time and preventing back strain.

Once the posts are in place, the powerful wormgear winch lets you dial in precise net tension that holds firm throughout the most intense matches. Additional side tape and bottom rope tensioners ensure the net is perfectly taut from top to bottom. The Frontier Express package is specifically configured for facilities that are upgrading an old system and already have compatible floor sockets installed. It provides all the core components—posts, net, pads, and tensioning hardware—without the extra cost of sockets you don't need. This makes it the most direct way to bring exceptional performance to your existing court.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at info@joysportstore.com  if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 60-Day  Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. 

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at info@joysportstore.com  and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
