The base safety padding for the Tempest Triumph-FL Portable Basketball System features 2” thick foam for the base, uprights, boom, and ballast box, with side pads and the ballast box pad using 1 ½” thick foam. The base, upright, boom, and ballast box safety padding for the First Team Tempest Triumph-FL Portable Basketball System is constructed with foam mounted on 7/16” wafer board. The padding is covered with a 14 oz reinforced vinyl laminate, ensuring durability.

Standard padding for the base, uprights, boom, and ballast box is 2” thick foam, while side pads and the ballast box pad specifically utilize 1 ½” thick foam. The padding is securely attached to the unit using 2” velcro straps. A practical feature is that the padding does not need to be removed during folding, adjustment, transportation, or storage of the system. Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
