This package is equipped with a 36" x 48" acrylic backboard that delivers a consistent rebound for bank shots and layups. Player safety is addressed with a direct-mount FT184 Recreational Flex Goal, which attaches through the backboard directly to the main arm. This design absorbs the stress from aggressive play, protecting the backboard from damage. The base unit requires 540 pounds of customer-supplied ballast for unshakable stability and includes thick vinyl safety padding on the front to protect players. What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.
