The WallMonster Intensity Basketball System features a robust wall mounting structure made of all welded ¼” thick steel construction, secured to three 2"x 8" Dense Southern Yellow Pine wallboards. These wallboards are routed on four sides and covered with a clear coat sealant, with two turnbuckles providing additional support at a 45-degree angle. The system includes dual 2” x 2” tubing extension arms, allowing for optional 48” or 36” offset installation.

Height adjustment is achieved infinitely from 10’ down to 7 ½’ via a crank cylinder with five springs and a removable handle, with an easy-to-read label. The backboard is a 42”x72” rectangular aluminum unit, featuring a 10 gauge skin and ¼” rear support strap structure, coated with white powder coat, and manufactured in the USA. It's designed to accept rims with a 5”x5” hole pattern.

The standard rim is fabricated from 3/16” backplates and side plates, double 5/8” diameter high strength steel, welded at a minimum of six places, and powder coated orange. It includes a continuous net-locking system that accepts either nylon or chain nets, with a nylon net provided. The entire system has an approximate weight of 425# and the structure, backboard, and standard rim are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
