The Pickle Phenom by Lobster Sports is the latest commercial-grade addition to Lobster's pickleball machine lineup. This machine offers six pre-loaded drills—Around the Clock, Defuse the Banger, Drive the Kitchen, Flying Erne, Green Light–Red Light, and Stop-Drop-and-Lob—to keep your training varied and engaging. You control every variable: ball speed ranges from 20 to 65 mph, feed rates from 2 to 9 seconds, and elevation from 0 to 50 degrees electronically. The oscillation system features random horizontal and vertical options across short, mid, and deep court positions, plus a 2-line function with narrow and wide settings.

Choose your control setup based on your needs. The standard configuration includes a 20-function remote. You can upgrade to a 20-function Wi-Fi remote for Apple devices, or get both with the combo package for maximum flexibility. We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty

Lobster Sports 2-Year Warranty — every machine is assembled and quality-checked at the Lobster Sports manufacturing facility in California. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought from an authorized reseller (JoySportStore is one) and identified with a Lobster logo. Products bought from non-authorized resellers are not covered.

Warranty service: the manufacturer's warranty covers parts, labor and one-way shipping for US domestic customers — Lobster pays outbound shipping on warranty repairs and warranty parts, the customer covers inbound shipping to the factory. Warranty is activated by emailing the warranty card to Lobster Sports.

Optional extended warranty can be purchased within 60 days of purchase: +1 year $110 (Elite, Grand, Pickle) / $199 (Phenom), +2 years $165 / $299, +3 years $249 / $399.

Non-warranty repair is available for machines up to 10 years old; labor $95/hour (1-hour minimum), shipping both ways at customer's cost. There is no warranty on tennis balls and all ball sales are final.
