Paired with the glass is our FT186 Heavy Duty Flex Goal, engineered to handle aggressive play and dunking while protecting the integrity of the backboard. The rim mounts directly through the backboard to the extension arm, isolating the glass from any stress.

The entire system is built on a foundation of strength. The main post and extension arm are both constructed from 5-inch square steel with a heavy-duty 3/16-inch wall thickness. This massive structure is buried 42 inches into the ground, creating a rigid and stable unit that minimizes vibration during intense action. What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
